@cmconseils this is why we'd rather travel to country pubs still.
The most recent pub/hotel we stayed at in Awabakal (Newcastle New South Wales Australia) still had a counter for ordering food (breakfast lunch and dinner), the pokies were out the back through the beer garden away from the rest of the venue, the sports tv's were in the front bar and the 'restaurant' side was its own seperate area too in the back bar...
