@hennavirkkunen Excellent that the Commission takes immediate action on this very important topic. This issue has to be solved on both the national and EU-level, but the role of NGOs in protecting children through social media training etc. has also to be taken into account, too.

These big tech giants need to be held accountable on the DSM, even when they are registered outside the Union but operate here. The DSA also requires the Commission to act accordingly, which it thankfully now does.
