Julius Bremer (1955-) is a former Cleveland, Ohio public librarian who taught himself to quilt by reading Quilting for Dummies (not kidding!) He was a founding member of the African American Quilt and Doll Guild, has had two quilts acquired by the Spencer Art Museum and has shown internationally
