If a child (Tesla) misbehaves and their parents (the authorities) don’t make them understand that they did something wrong, and don’t tell them not to do it again, then the child might very well misbehave again later.

You were absolutely right, but as I said in my previous message, I can understand how he might get away with doing that once or twice. But the fact that he can keep doing it indefinitely is also a failure on the part of the authorities.
