this is important because many of the people who have lost faith in Mullvad after word of Daniel’s political donation came up were previously loyal Mullvad VPN customers and trusted Mullvad enough to pay for the service many months in advance

however, with the current refund policy, it seems like they cannot get a refund for the remaining months after 14 days passed since payment, which is very disappointing especially in the context of your message which implies that people generally can get a refund.
