Okay guys here's the deal
I'm trying to get into all this fediverse stuff and I desperately want to get off discord. One of my peers tried to set up a "matrix server" with something called Sable, and I was able to get into that but unfortunately I had to scrap that and leave the discord server because they were a chronically mean POS.
Anyways, I need help figuring out the basics. what is the fediverse exactly? how does it work? how do I join? get me off discord!!
