According to the rector decision in my university, the university library will put all research articles under CC license and making it publicly available regardless of the journal!
This is an amazing news that promotes better research practices imho. I'm super glad that my university is taking these measures towards open and accessible science.

Hopefully Sailfish will also get fully OpenSource so that we can have FLOSS OS on all desktop, servers and phones.
