@azteclady every year there’s a ‘new’ cure for t1 diabetes that does the social media rounds. Its been this way for more than a decade - there is no cure, and all these social media posts boil down to ‘yet another experimental transplant’

It gets a lot of likes and reboots, all the comments uncritically proclaim ‘yay it’s cured! c=‘ and they forget about it until the next post

Not saying this in a mean way, but other t1d will know what I’m talking about
