We recognize "hording" as a mental disease, but don't recognize the hording of MONEY as a variation of the same illness.

As used, grammatically, "dead" is a past-tense adjective while "killed" is a present tense verb, so technically, the words are used correctly.

Confusing to be sure, but how rare is it for modern media to get their grammar right nowadays?
