@benroyce I'm a fan of the "Be nice to the person who brings in the coffee and snacks" test, because an old boss pulled it a lot and it cut out soooo many assholes.

Start the interview with one person, either sex. Second, also either sex, enters five minutes later, with snacks and drinks, apologizing up and down.

Then see how the candidate reacts when the second person sits and asks a question.
