@eclectech In Japanese, まったく (mattaku) or まったくもう (mattakumou), which are usually translated "Honestly ... !" or "Good grief!"

From the root really; truly; entirely; completely; wholly; perfectly (according to jisho.org). Becomes FFS depending on the context or intonation.
