@maaikees I’m regularly in meetings with people like that. Usually the reason is some of all of your points.
I’ve got one particular colleague who is convinced that he knows everyone else’s jobs better then they themselves do, and sees it as his moral obligation to “help them” by pointing out what he thinks they should be doing.
