This reads like the standard TOS that every other social medium like instagram, facebook, youtube, etc has. But at least those are not American - oh wait.

The idea I presume is mainly for Brussels to be able to say "We're not dependent on american big tech" and win good boy points with Evropeans.

It would be nice if all EU government entities used something where their posts could be accessed from the outside, but since i read you'll have to send a photo of your penis in order to use W, I wont hold my breath.

Also let's keep in mind this is a for-profit company. It's not some kind of an official TWITTER of Europe.
