@cmconseils I think they're aware if the incongruence between uploading the resume and having ai (or more problematic) previous scanners have in getting accurate details to reject you on. Hr just not doing the job they're employed to do.
Though, there is that statistics aspect as well. More than ten applicants, "randomly" take 10 and reject the rest. Reject any that don't contain key desired words. Reject any that don't look professional. Reject anyone of specific backgrounds or identities.
