I get why LGBTQ+ orgs HAVE to prepare these statements, so no shade to them doing it, but it sucks SO SO SO hard how every community, the very, very, very rare time a mass shooter falls into our demographic, has to be like "whoa, please don't pogrom us more than you already are, please?" while straight white dudes are just like...."who, us?"

I wish straight white men had to release statements explaining not all straight white men are violent whenever a straight white man does a mass shooting.
