I’ve been sprinkling crowberry powder on everything lately. It adds an earthy, tart fruitiness to my: oatmeal, smoothies, ice cream, yogurt. I need to think of other uses for it. Mine’s from Iceland; but crowberries grow in the wild in Alaska & Labrador, too. It makes me smile when I think about trying to sneak it into as many things as I can find, like I’m magically adding some “Iceland” to whatever I’m eating. @VeroniqueB99 That's why I only buy organic rolled or steel-cut oats from Bob's Red Mill. It sources all of its oats from farmers that don't spray their crops.
