@dch @alextecplayz @EUCommission Some years ago, pre-Brexit, I had a long taxi ride in the Val d'Aosta. The driver and his brother imported fancy stone from Switzerland and had needed a EC incorporated company. They registered in England and made a yearly visit to their accountants in Windsor. By all accounts this was the least bureaucratic approach available to them, and they were very pleased with the arrangement.
