I think of getting a Fairphone5 with Murena.
Right now i replaced most Apps on my old Android Huawei with Fossify Apps and othets from F-Droid ( galery /sms/ contacts/vlc, simple key ..) .
Do i understand you correctly, that there is problems setting them as default?

Is it possible to delete the the preinstalled Apps kompletely then?
