Here are some pictures I've taken a while ago (as proof that I'm a real person, of sorts) of:

A song sparrow and a northern flicker I spotted in Utah earlier this year, and a cool great cormorant in Incheon back in August 2025. I figured the gull is a Vega gull based on plumage, location and faintly pink legs, but I may be completely off. Gulls throw me off all the time.

Hello World!

I am a university student studying wildlife biology/conservation who is hoping to become an ornithologist, or just anything related to the works thereof. I love all things birds!

I've spent most of my life in the Rockies and hence am most familiar with the birds there.

I am also a beginner birder and an embarrassingly bad IDer. (Hoping that changes though.) I try to put myself out there and volunteer with wildlife rehab facilities in my free time.

Happy to be here! #introduction
