Lying in the middle of a remote road with a friend, just gazing up and chatting, on a hill well inland from the NSW North Coast, early 1990s.
We both went WHOOOOA! as a huge object ripped across the full view of the sky, lighting up the night. Never seen anything like it: I often think of it.
