Not knowing much about Football (Soccer), I still assume there is a strict contractual relationship in place, and we have seen how fond FIFA is of Trump. That is, FIFA as represented by their boss.

The football associations such as DFB would have to leave their association FIFA first. Well, they could also change it, of course. But we know how likely *that* is, right? As long as the business runs the way it does, all of this is as likely as... hmmm... say, the big soccer companies reverting back to amateur assocuations with actual members playing on the field and voting in meetings.
