@rlstone4dems I sometimes hear them very late like that, but from what I understand that can be from having artificial light near their nest, like a streetlight or a building floodlight.
Here I don't usually hear a dawn chorus until at least 3am (then I know I stayed up too late!
) -
Currently birds are squeeping, the sun is shining, and the scaffolding is set up, but removal has not yet started
*I think the removal has begun, there's a lot of cheering.

@ClimateJenny No, there was a rain pause, then the board tried to pull some crap and the court had to get into it--it's been a roller coaster.

They are likely going to hang a tarp before taking the letters down. I wonder who pays the fine for this not to be done by midnight. Though I guess if they remove just one letter, it is technically not his name anymore...
Commenter on YT makes a very good point: @jongillard7606
Why do they need scaffolding to remove it when they were able to use cherry pickers and scissor lifts to install it. -
