I have a question about disabling the "AI companion" in zoom.
If I'm hosting a zoom meeting, and I have disabled the AI on my side (this is all using the free version), does that mean that an attendee can't turn it on from their side to take notes or whatever?
I'm actually brand new to hosting, I've only ever attended zoom meetings before.

I've going through a bunch of options and I think I've turned off the ability for participants to use any AI tool (embedded in notes and other places), or to record the meeting, etc.
But confirmation from someone who has actually used this would still help!
So many pages of options even on the free version ...

#mumble is an underrated app.
excellent performance for online voice chat with many participants. #zoom is nagging and using other dark-patterns for people to install their data-harvesting privacy-disaster app.
