@vmbrasseur mostly collecting dust, every so often I get it out again and use it for a few days before shelving it again. I think it was a pretty solid device and (for once) nothing about being a lefty got in the way. I just never found a good use for it, I find it easier to type my notes and I learned for reading I either would rather print stuff out or use my laptop screen.

That's... worked? #3DPrinting metric threads, then cutting them with a cheap tap-and-die set appears to work just fine for making entirely printed parts that just screw together.Lining them up is a tiny bit awkward - I think a conical cutout on both sides will help registers the parts together - but otherwise this has pretty much exceeded my expectations entirely.
