The 3D print thing is OK I guess; I can access the SimplyPrint dashboard & with luck, having apparently miswritten the OP password won't matter

HASS is worse; apparently I didn't bookmark the dashboard URL, I don't know its IP address & have no idea how to find out either Guess I'll have to nuke it & start over

You probably already know this, but try

ip neigh

on another computer on the LAN, might get you the IP. (Or check connected devices on your WiFi router dashboard)

Then
nmap 192.2.3.4 -p 1-10000
see which port it listens on

@notsoloud Thank you for your confidence in me, but I did not, in fact, know also, no idea what that last part means or does or how to do it...

- but I did try the router thing, problem is I have a dedicated router for IOT stuff & I can't seem to access the dashboard in that one. And, again, have no idea how to go about it.

That's what I get for doing tech stuff I don't understand from a guide; troubleshooting is almost entirely beyond my skills
