well done@robchapman thank you so much

Perfectly paced!
It looked like you were really on top of things (from the live tracking at least!)
Congratulations on the race!

@folfdk thank you so much! And also thank you so much for the live reporting here while we were out running - really wonderful you did this

🤩Yeah it went super super well I think. Pacing is credit to the 3h pace team

to be fair. I just followed them. I was very surprised with the fast kilometers here and there but decided to hang on. 80g carbs per hour worked good too. And cups of water. Effort felt manageable all the way. But the cramps got to me

. And right back to you for your awesome achievement as well

. We all run to our subjective effort and current running level : and when I looked around it was *tough* for everybody. All levels. Such an amazing impactful experience to see these personal victories 🥹

I have yet to read your posts (just got home now to Billund) - but hope you had a great experience too

-
@moelholm Strong outing, congrats to you, your mind and your body carrying you along.

@thenorthcore very nice of you - thank you so much

@moelholm
It happens - great pace even with the cramping.@WTL thank you

- anything to impress you
🥵🥵 (it was indeed a bit tough in the late 30s
) -
@moelholm cramps, probably because of the out of cake error
Well done on the run still
@woollypigs hahaha thank you so much. I’m having some cake revenge ish right now. Read: eating very unhealthy

️Ah! The balloons! That IS a good way to keep the pace

And you're welcome! I enjoyed following along and felt a bit silly doing the reporting here, but it sounds like it was worth it

To the point: 3:00:15. I felt great throughout. But at kilometer 39 my legs began cramping. So it put a stopper for the flow. Especially the last kilometer wasn’t very beautiful
. Considering that I’m really proud of the result
🥳.Best experience for sure: Copenhagen Marathon is super awesome. Highly recommended 🥳🥳
@moelholm
Wow, you definitely can be proud !
Well done ! -
