@nerdd Edit: CONGRATULATIONS ON THE NEW PARKRUN PB To me it's no surprise, you've been explicit in saying the "LEROY JENKINS" way of running is your way of running.Pretty neat with the speed and your new PB.That 4x1 km @ 4:26/km doesn't really sound that impossible does it?
