I have absolutely zero desire for a management position, and I'd happily spend the rest of my career continuing to do frontline "grunt work" because that's the fun part of work to me. Anything else is just so absolutely soul-suckingly horrible to me that I'd rather move to Hell, Michigan and take up chicken farming.
