Garmin hates me these weeks. Ever since mozart 100 it has been very unimpressed with my training readiness.

Red: over training (mozart to blame 100%)
Purple: strained ( …)
Orange: unproductive
-It may be right. But I feel fine 🤭. Yea I’m not as super as just prior to mozart … but I’m getting there.
(Yes I’ve had some days where I wasn’t on top. Yes a few bad sleep ratings … but also it’s been super hot here some days. HRV was knocked out…)

I'm extremely happy that I have started again (using loberlab.dk to help me) as it has really been going quite nice.
And as you hint in your post, sleep could be a place for optimization for me too.
(And as always I'm quite impressed with your training regime!)
