In my quest to divest myself of as much of the Microsoft ecosystem as I can, the one thing I can't make a decision on is a OneNote replacement.
It's the tool I use to outline my, as of yet unused, TTRPG scenarios, among other more mundane things.
So I pitch my question to the open source enthusiasts of the Fediverse: Do you use something that you like, that generally replicates OneNote's functionality?

@synduckate
Depending on how far down the rabbit hole you want to go and what you need, perhapsCould be an option.
It's like a personal wiki, you can easily link notes (pages) and everything else.
If you've used the OneNote integration with tasks etc, I'm not sure it's a fit. But for organising information I think it would be a worthy alternative

Basically what I need is an information organizer. I did come across Tiddlywiki a while ago, but it was when I was very busy so I didn't give it much thought
The way you could layout information in OneNote I found especially helpful for organizing and planning TTRPG sessions, so I have real specific use case that I'm trying to replace. I could definitely bend Tiddlywiki to do that.
Basically I want an internally linked document that can support graphics and text.

I saw someone mentioning Joplin, that I'm not really familiar with. But that did look like a more kinda 1:1 replacement.
Hope you find something useful that works for you!
