@james @rikviergever But you still understand the warning that a corporate "internet speed test" is a strip search by chimps? The speed test that doesnt sell images of my underwear and bank pin # is not as useful at guessing my internet speeds.

@christin Hi Christian, I used the mastodon app on my phone, which opens websites in an in-app firefox tab.I got half of the screen covered with a dialog claiming "we use cookies to give you the best experience" or so, and a button to accept. Options hidden behind a fingerprint-looking icon. Works fine in browser, and apart from that, thanks for the writeup

@ilumium @zendis Denmark just renewed a Microsoft + cloud deal (MS, AWS, Google) of about 150 million per year over the next 5 years - notably, in a country with less than 1/10th the population of Germany. Pretty sure we can also afford building something better if it can save us that kind of money...
