More and more #PublicTransit agencies have their own reloadable plastic cards instead of paper tickets. I have a collection from numerous cities. What almost all of them #fail in, is writing the name of their #city or area onto the card.
That is #frustrating. It is unclear from looking at the pile of Tap, Arc, Compass, Charlie, Presto, or Whatnot cards, where they could be useful.

#Design@newstik Brilliant example of forgetting that design = communication. Might even replace my go-to, which is graphically well-designed event invitations - online, posters or fliers - which don't include date & time, location or both.
A designer's first job should always be to map out what people can reasonably be anticipated to need from the object, so they can make sure it provides that.
