Employers are clearly banking on #AI improving & becoming capable of replacing the senior workforce, too.

Considering that it isn't close to those juniors yet + #enshittification that won't happen - but the salient part is the intent. They️ want to cut human beings out of their wealth generation pipeline entirely & they'll burn the world to achieve it.

We need to end this greed culture before it ends us.
