Hell, it doesn't even get words; all a computer can do is crunch whatever numbers we can turn letters & letter proximity into.
There simply isn't a remotely reliable way to make a computer distinguish between ice & ice - not with current technology & not with any technology we have a reasonable path to from here.

@jwcph Classic example over the years is that you can’t easily search for health info about certain body parts without getting info about “entertainment” with said body parts. Or info about other serious personal life situations where you got creepy stuff cluttering up results. Organisations for the serious bits do try to ensure good structure and good info, but before you find them, you can encounter utter garbage that can be upsetting.
