I know I keep harping but it's completely mindblowing what a throwback Microsoft is - like, even free online services update live now, MS, did you know? You don't have to "refresh" or wait or anything (not like you offer a "refresh" button so more like navigate away & back).
Or how about bulk operations? No? You still require users to work on one element at a time? Cool cool cool - very 90's, except you guys were behind then, too.
Microsoft - holding back tech for 50 years...
