Today in noticing stupid Microsoft things: When someone comments in a Teams channel you're part of, an email notification is automatically sent & besides an inline "reply" option it includes a "Go to conversation" out-link.

idk how many here would be on Win11 still, but in case you are, consider turning off this functionality that's on by default #AIfuckey #microsoft #windows

@Mimesatwork Thank you! My laptop died, I am on my old desktop computer and it auto updated to Windows 11, which I am currently loathing. I have done this now, and am grateful you shared how!

Oh, great, another Outlook stupidity unveiled: If you do a search, you can't edit the search criteria - if you want to narrow or expand your search you have to cancel it entirely & start a new one from scratch.

Talked to a software engineer at Microsoft working on Copilot Studio today at a social event and he said he was ashamed that he hadn’t written a single line of code in over three months.

@decibyte Ville det være en relativt simpel ting at slå kontorpakke-apps og kryptering til eller er det en større omgang? Jeg bruger Cryptpad en hel del med flere grupper. Ulempen ved det er (1) Der er begrænsning på antallet teams man kan have, (2) Loading-tiderne er undertiden ret lange ift at det er simple tekst-dokumenter, især på Team-drevene. Tak for svar! Vi har snart så jævnlige spørgsmål til data.coop at det er svært at vide hvem man skal prikke til. Så du spørgsmålet fordi jeg taggede forenings-kontoen?
