TL;DW, if terraforming is even possible - a big if - it's a thousand-year singular purpose for a whole civilization, not a startup project.
E.g. if all the oil going through Hormuz (when open) was oxygen, the same flow rate would take 2 million years to get enough of it to Mars
& that's just one element. Now do Reflect Orbital, because while the numbers are vastly smaller, I suspect they're also an investor-deck-breaking reality check...
