This isn't a personal failing of GenX'ers, its yet another structural problem caused by the idiocy of the business class, who prefer pliable employees doing a mediocre job over an experienced workforce that could lift their business to the next level - it's cheaper & they don't challenge leadership & expose their incompetence & the CEO can just blame the resulting poor performance on anyone but himself.
