My life is better for it, and I haven't missed them for even a moment.

I think virtual social networks simply have a responsibility. Anyone who just posts their screenshots and ignores people with visual impairments is making the whole thing pretty pointless.
Nowadays, there are plenty of tools you can use to write good alt text. I always run photos through Gemini.
I don't think Bluesky posts are bad at all if you understand Fedi as a platform for exchange. But please, not in this way.

I'm slowly getting some of my business clients to buy into this approach. If employees want that stuff, they have personal devices for it.

A simple first step for businesses is setting upstream DNS to https://www.joindns4.eu/ to start them on their journey

That account is the most confusing of all of them. The screen shots are often of the same BlueSky account, but with different visual settings. Dark mode, light mode, blue background, different fonts, etc.

I dont understand how it's easier to take screenshots and post them than to copy text and post it. Blocked that account ages ago.
