FYI:
1. TLS v1.3 spec has been updated RFC 9846 (https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc9846).
2. That and RFC 9851 now officially obsolete TLS v1.2 It will receive no new features except urgent security fixes.
3. Any new protocols that use TLS must now use TLS v1.3 (https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc9852).
4. All federal systems MUST support TLS v1.3 or later by Dec 31, 2030.
5. Federal contractors and federal high-value assets must be post-quantum cryptography compliant by Dec 31, 2030 or sooner.
6. Only 49.3% of domains surveyed support post-quantum key exchange (https://arxiv.org/abs/2606.16473).

Fun fact: Before cryptographically relevant quantum computers become available, all bitcoins will most likely need to moved to upgraded wallets. So if Satoshi doesn't touch any of his wallets, we will know for sure that he is dead.
