@AberdeenLocal1312 BTW, that should be 100% legal under the US Treasury's own "wind-down" license. Things get spicer after Sep (25 is it?) when that expires. Probably still legal to use their websites due to First Amendment concerns just not to send money. That however has not been litigated, while an explicit license is quite clear.
