Yeah, the worlds in pretty bad shape these days, and it leaks in.

Sometimes, when I need a break, I will mute accounts that I generally like but are basting themselves in the bad news, say for 30 days.

You can also block based on keywords. You can then go back and unblock them.

I don't want to shut my eyes to all the bad stuff going on, but we all gotta take care of ourselves. Too much evil news will wreck a person.
