What does the social media campaign behind Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva's win in Brazil mean for the global Left?
A couple of key things:
a real & present danger that galvanises supporters into action;
the 'liking' & boosting of supportive posts (quickly) but, almost more importantly, *not* engaging with Right posts at all (i.e. no amplifying them by responding, but rather ignoring them & 'gaming the algorithm' to limit their spread);
Oh, and a popular leader!
