The legal term 'terrorism' is changing; now in Scotland protestors who spray painted a club house at a golf club & dug up some grass have had their charges linked to a 'terrorist connection'....

Of course, this may be due to the owner of the golf course (the Tangerine Tyrant), but once vandalism becomes regularly linked to 'terrorism' in courts, the impact on the right to protest is pretty clear.

Its one more move against democracy in the UK!

@ChrisMayLA6 It is a moments like this, even without needing to read the article that I realise that the world of even ten years ago is unrecognisable when compared with the world of today.

And that the world in ten years time will be equally unrecognisable when compared with the world of today.

The important question that needs to be answered, that is, in which ways will the future be unrecognisable will only be answered when we get there.

That is, if we are still able to remember the past.

"Linked to a terrorist connection... "

Oh, so they had an account in one of the mainstream British banks?

        I'm not even kidding.

@ChrisMayLA6 eventually they will have to come up with a new word for the people who plant bombs, hijack planes and race into crowds, because everyone thinks "terrorist" means they only bothered a fascist.

This new definition has been evident for some time now, particularly in Russia and the UK – today this term refers to any action that induces terror of losing power amongst the ruling class.

This nonsense needs to stop… yes there is a terrorist connection and we all know who that is. He has outstayed his welcome and that is well signaled with this action.

@ChrisMayLA6 We can thank UK Minister Yvette Cooper for all of this; and the rest of her miserable totally misnamed #LabourParty. If there’s anything else that proves being associated with any version of ‘…Friends Of Israel’ this is the final proof.
It seems this Labour government is a shill for some of the worst concepts emanating from #POTUS and the US administration

These right-wingers are such snowflakes, aren't they ?
The left are only terrorised by people that actually have deadly weapons like guns and knives and bombs, or cars they drive into crowds of innocent people.
The right find household paints and gardening tools terrifying.

Perhaps this could constitute a new test for underlying political affiliation ?

If the Tangerine Palpatine is terrified of people with a spade and some paint, then goddess help us as a species given his stockpile of dozens of nuclear subs, twenty plus supercarriers and hundreds of thermonuclear bombs!

Which of these items do you find more frightening ? 🖌️ 💣

@ChrisMayLA6 You can still protest against immigrants, it's also okay to run white supremacist rallies and firebomb the homes of brown people. Fine to go around protesting against trans people's very existence, you can be violent in your protests as long as it's about a flag and only the right flags. The second though any of that becomes a burden to the rich and powerful it'll be considered a terrorist act. The war on terror has shifted, now it's against people stating truth to power.

@ChrisMayLA6 Can we change the name of the golf course?

Maybe a petition to change the brown road signs owned by Transport Scotland to something more fitting. Name changing seems like an ok thing to do these days?

                                        What about
                                        'Feed the Tangerine Tyrant --->'
                                        or
'Never forget the Epstein Files ---->'

@ChrisMayLA6 Global terrorist weaponizes "terrorist" accusations.

UK legal system is afraid to ask how far to bend over, so bends over all the way just to be sure.
