unsurprisingly, the EU Commission has been unwilling to extend that sort of deal to the UK; so once again (this time in the UK's inability to see that leaving the EU's regime for product testing might cause some issues for exporters) the EU by merely enforcing the Bloc's rules is seen as obstructive.

The idea that any referendum in the UK on any subject would produce a "desirable" outcome is flawed.
You can't be rational about these things in isolation. Posing the question is nearly impossible.
Q, Would you like to be poorer?
A. 100% NO!Even sinking small boats full of people half way across the channel would get hefty support. However most of the population would vote for the RNLI rescuing small dogs from a watery death and most Brits face to face with a drowning immigrant would try to help save.

@alexadeswift @ChrisMayLA6 The problem with the British is they not only want to have the advantages of the club but also have special deals as well. In other words they want all the scouts advantages but also to be paid for joining.
