In today's team meeting, we had to have a discussion about a user request because their need may be legal, it skirts too close to an ethical line. It's a good reminder for my team that the world doesn't work the way we do, where ethics aren't as universally respected as they are on our team. And others need to be remoinded of good for one and good for all.

I've gotten very tired of the "move fast and break things" movement convincing everyone to do rolling releases that happen "whenever." (aside from actually urgent patches that can't wait till patch Tuesday of course, but those are usually a lot less relevant to airgapped machines...)
