In the end, even if you are not a scammer, you're still a cheat. Irsael is blocking lots of aid from entering Gaza. Anyone who sends money to individuals in Gaza supports theft of aid by criminal gangs to be sold for very high prices to such Gazans - leading to less aid reaching people who have no means of communication.
Patrick is right: support NGO's and increase pressure on western governments to boycot Israël.
