“Order and rules” alone are quickly subverted by by nazis, because you can't write enough rules for every case, and right-wingers are adapting faster than any governance process.Many communities have fallen to this already.

And the "punching someone seemingly at random" is interesting. Because, in that scenario, it wasn't random, they just didn't have the information. It *seemed* random but it's not.
