I've been browsing the server directory and most don't even mention AI.
Does the fediverse have no will to fight AI slop or what?

Pretty much all the Fedi admins I know of are very much against the so-called AI craze.
You might not see it mentioned in instance descriptions because they were probably written before AI was widely used to steal stuff?
Some have updated their descriptions to address this, for example https://mastoart.social/about has a section forbidding scraping for any reason including AI/LLM training.
