Just type from:@[your full user id] and then your search term.

i find that leaving two spaces before the "from" gives me more results

@FediTips can probably give you a list of all the available filters like date ranges & stuff but those are the ones I use the most

Fun fact: "me" is a valid username, so that makes the posts by people with that username effectively unsearchable.
